As many organizations continue to work remotely, our ways of working are evolving. Few techniques feel more relevant and timely than design sprints, the human-centered approach to rapid prototyping and launch of new ideas. However, sprints can be tough to manage in a remote environment. How do you keep a team on track when they remain in crisis mode, or simply have calendars full of meetings? What do you do when a team loses focus or gets stuck in the early phases of their sprint?
We at Do Tank have been running design sprints for 4+ years, both in-person and remotely. We are excited to share what we’ve learned with you.
