Who
We Are
We help organizations turn strategy, innovation, and change into real-world results. In complex environments, these efforts are often disconnected, strategies are defined, innovations are explored, and change is expected to follow. In practice, most initiatives stall. Not because the ideas are wrong, but because organizations are not designed to carry them forward.
About us
Do Tank works with leaders to close that gap. We start by understanding how work actually happens, using human-centered design to surface real-world dynamics. From there, we apply structured methods and digital engagement platforms to test and refine solutions, and readiness frameworks to align people, systems, and decisions. The result is coordinated action – solutions that can be adopted, scaled, and sustained in practice.
Do Tank is a business design firm focused on one thing: making change actually happen. We operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and change, helping organizations set direction, design new ways to create value, and build the conditions required to deliver. Our work combines deep human insight with disciplined execution, supported by tools and platforms that enable real-time engagement, insight capture, and decision-making at scale.
We don’t stop at recommendations. We design the models, tools, and infrastructure that move organizations from concept to capability, strengthening alignment, accelerating learning, and building the capacity to sustain change over time.
Our Beliefs
At Do Tank, ethics is core to how we think, design, and do. We create with people, not just for people, and we hold ourselves to a standard that reflects the dignity, diversity and aspirations of those we serve.
People First, Always
We believe in deep listening. We honor the lived experiences, voices, and values of diverse communities. Our work seeks to elevate, not extract—to co-create strategies and solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible, without losing sight of who is being served.
Empathy with Responsibility
Empathy drives our process, but responsibility guides our impact. We take care not to romanticize, exploit, or oversimplify people’s stories or the challenges associated with radical change. We design with humility, aware that even well-intentioned ideas can have unintended consequences if not critically examined.
Complete Transparency
We're honest about what we know, what we don't, and what we're still learning. We communicate openly with partners, clients, and communities—and we welcome constructive challenge, as part of our growth.
Collaboration with Integrity
We treat all collaborators—clients, community members, and team members—with respect and integrity. We give credit where it's due, share knowledge freely, and avoid practices that prioritize ego over impact.
Privacy, Consent, and Data Ethics
We earn trust by protecting it. Whether we're engaging in community research, prototyping a new tool, or gathering insights, we seek informed consent, protect confidentiality, and use data ethically and transparently.
Systems Thinking, Long-Term Thinking
Human-centered design doesn't stop at the prototype. We consider the broader systems and long-term impacts of our strategies and solutions. We're committed to sustainable, scalable, and transformative (yet responsible) innovation that has the potential to benefit future generations.
